Hello, we are transfering from a SupportSuite License to a eSupport license since we have no more need for the LiveResponse feature. Will it be possible to take all of our info from the old SupportSuite install and transfer it to the new eSupport? Thank you. Yes you can easily downgrade from SupportSuite to eSupport. Upload the eSupport files except the config directory. Run the Setup i.e. setup/index.php, choose Modify and Uninstall the Live Support module. Once done, re-run set/index.php and choose the upgrade option to rebuild the settings table.
