Great job Kayako - 12-07-2005, 05:56 AM

Just finished the installation of Version 2 RC1 without any problems, so far its looking good and I can't wait to try it out live! Thanks to the Kayako Development team for providing a great eSupport tool. This will help us help our customers, and become an even more efficient business.

Thanks to kayako team.

Need documentation to use all the features.

But, I am disappointed about Report section.
How to generate monthly report based on creation date, department, status criteria and how to export to PDF or XML or CSV?

Let us start ASAP.

I want, user must have to login before submit a ticket. how to disable "Submit a Ticket" from the user login page.

qmesbah,

You can modify the permissions of teh Guest user group so that they don't have access to submit tickets.This will require that your users login and will remove teh submit ticket option from the client screen.

ITS ALL THE DAMN PEOPLE who BOUGHT WINDOWS 95 for $20.00 and want WINDOWS XP for FREE!!!!! Cuz its part of their deal and UPGRADE PATH!!!

Just think, i was going to use clientexec. Then i found lpanel, but i've been seing all top companys using this, so i decided to try it. I relised how good this really was when i tried v3. I would never turn back.

Do you just say "Thanks for your feed back" can you take notice of all the people who want the pissy registration box removed from the main screen please ...
