Greek characters support only not Language Pack

I have installed the kayako to a local Windows 2003 server and I want to have Greek characters support to the tickets and generally to whatever is written in Greek. Is any way to "enable" Greek character support without installing Greek language pack? I dont want to change the menus in other language.

I have made some tests with the mysql database collation. I reach to the following conclution: I opened the swtickets table and change the defaut collation for the varchar string type fields to greek character set and greek_general_ci collation

By doing this the greek characters are displayed normally to the users tickets.

I think the program might have an option during the installtion in order to avoid those topics.
