| New Member Posts: 3 Join Date: Nov 2007 | Kayako: 3.20.02 OS: Linux PHP: 5.1.6 MySQL: 5.0.58 -------------------- I'm using the EMS SQL Manager that supports UTF-8 encoding to explore the kayako database tables. I've noticed that when a field value is in Greek (within the web application can be read), i can not read it. Searching your forum i read a topic that describes a similar problem but in previous version (3.11.01) I suppose. (Greek characters in mysql do not show *RESOLVED*). I tried to resolve my problem by modifying the my.cnf file and i noticed that when the line: skip-character-set-client-handshake is added, the web application raises an exception: 'SupportSuite is not installed, Please run setup/index.php to run SupportSuite' Have you any idea about this problem? |
