Group template

Hello,

I just tried out the group template and I almost get what I wanted except that:
- in support center I also see tickets from departments that are not in the template group,
- it's a single department group and I would like to avoid the select department step. Which template should I modify?

Ok I found a solution for the first point(hardcoded for the time being) and found the solution for the second part here:
