Group Template - Issues editing

Hi guys,

Currently having an issue attemtping to change the live support online/offline image for a particular group template setup.

When attempting to change the Live Support 'chatimage' template within the admin area to other images located in the same folder as the current images, I have attempted to change the images within the template code, save it and can not succesfully get teh images to display for that template group. Have tried it on the default template, which do work and changes all the other groups though which is no good.

Has anyone got any suggestions as to how to successfully configure chat icons for one group in ss?

same problem here in the las cvs, any fix? no matter if you create a client_newtemplate dir in the themes directory, it allways taking the images from the client_default directory.

Well - I have tried many things, but still no luck what so ever - the whole tempate idea seems very buggy and hardly ever works.. i'm very concerned

Also concerned by the lack of support from Kayako on this one, and what seems amoungst many other threads - not looking very promising I am afraid on that part either. Considering, alot of the threads round these parts go unanswered for many of those looking for assistance regarding certain issues - have got a little dishearted by the whole supportsuite affair.
