group use - 07-12-2006, 12:07 AM

Hi,

I have set up two users (say user1 and user2) in the same "group1" and wish each user to be able to submit tickets (that works) but also to see/edit/update any tickets already submitted by that particular group

At the moment, if user1 submits a ticket, user2 cannot see the ticket - is there a way round this as this is the functionality we require?

New user trying to evaluate trial would appreciate someones help on this

Thanks

Craig

Make them into "managers" not "users".
