Have to forward tickets during night - 22-06-2008, 07:26 PM

How can I forward tickets created at night when I am asleep
but a staff who works in another country is awake.

I mean how can I create rules for tickets to be asigned to one person
based on the time it has been created?

I hope my question make sense. It makes sense for me really
