Help with custom field. - 06-09-2006, 03:16 PM

Hi all.

I am trying to insert a custom field for when i reply to a ticket. I can see how to set custom field in new staff tickets but i would like my custom field to appear when i reply to a ticket. I would like to send a royal mail tracking number in my reply. Is this possible? and can anyone point me in the right direction?

This is not possible in the existing version. I believe this has been submitted as a feature request at http://bugs.kayako.net/
