Help, Email piping stopped working.

Hello,

I had my email piping working for over a year and than all a sudden last week I have been getting this odd issue.

People will email my support@domain.com and the ticket will get created and even send the auto-response to the customer saying a ticket was opened. BUT along with that comes a mail-delivery message. See below:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

pipe to |/home/username/public_html/support/cli/index.php
generated by support@domain.com
local delivery failed

I have no idea why this is doing this. It was working for over a year, we have not made any changes to Kayako. We did upgrade mySQL to version 5 but I don't think that would cause it.

That is really weird considering the auto responder is being sent. I suggest you submit a ticket (http://members.kayako.net -> "Get Support") so the issue can be traced.
