Help, I install .027 version No Live Responce now - 08-12-2005, 01:24 AM

I upgraded to the latest build. now my Live responce don't work right.
When a chat comes in, I can pick it up, I can type in the bax but I get.

Could not deliver chat message. Your chat session has either ended or expired

On the other end they get what I typed, when they type back I get nothing..

Please Help. I have clients wanting live support and I can not give it to them

Hi,

The forums are client > client support, I've not had this problem so am unable to offer any advice as to the cause of the problem.

You would be best opening a ticket to Kayako providing enough details and login information for them to be able to look at the problem.

When I client request a chat, I can type to them and they see why i Typed but on my end I get a error "Could not deliver chat message. Your chat session has either ended or expired" when they try to tpye to be I see nothing, and there is no error on there end.

I did put a ticket in, its bean there for 2 days now. I even updated the Live responce with the new version you posted in the foums and I get the same thing.

This is starting to suck, I pay for a program I can't even use. I have a support Ticket in, A forum post and still having problems with no help in site.

Boy What bad support this support system has, I'm paying for somthing I can't use it seems like. Still the live responce system is not working. I have no clue what to do at this point. I have a support ticket in. and I have not had a responce on the ticket for 3 day now.
What is going on here, Are we paying to Beta test a product?

mine never works either, and I keep getting ignored. I can't see what the customer says either. I am on latest .28 build. I have posted in these forums multiple times, making sure this issue gets tossed in with other LiveResponse issues so they know about it.
