Can anyone help explain this to me (apologies if noob question)
If I login to the admin cp and create a staff user called "test1" and login to the staff cp as "test1" and create a number of
private articles in the knowledgebase section. How do I view these articles from the main supportsuite pages because I haven't created a client user?
If I create a client user from the staff page I can login to the main supportsuite but I still can't view my private articles - How do you create a client login with (staff) access to private articles?
