Help - Mail Delivery System Error - 10-06-2006, 05:04 PM

Whenever I try to respond to a ticket the following is made as a response:

Please be aware that I already have a ticket open with kayako but as usual, I never get a response or they take their time because their support sucks so if anybody has any ideas I'd be glad to listen.
