Hello Everyone! I would like to ask for any help, information, or suggestions regarding my problem with Kayako. We have just installed Kayako and it was working fine after some testing and training about its use. Recently, we are encountering a problem with it. Whenever a staff or Admin logs in, Kayako automatically gives us an error message that "Session Expired due to Inactivity" before we can even go to the Staff CP or Admin CP. It seems Kayako is kicking us out immediately  . Right now, we cannot enter it. Attempted several times to log in and it is automatically kicking us out. Any suggestions? We have installed Kayako Linux server.Thanking everybody in advance regarding any help or information about this problem! Respectfully Yours,  Khiellendros |

Try opening /config/config.php and setting disablesessionipcheck to true.
