Help needed with Live Response - 09-08-2006, 06:41 PM

Hi

We just installed new Support Suite. I seem to be not able to activate LiveResponse. Is there something I missed during Installation? We have uploaded all files under upload directory as the instruction in the docment gave. Should we have also uploaded the LiveSupport and other folders that was in the same level as the upload directory in the zip file for SupportSuite?
