Question HELP !!!! Removing $ticket[priority] from staffreply - 18-01-2007, 02:46 PM

When a staffmember posts a reply in a ticket, the customer receives an e-mail message about it. This e-mail messages contains a list of ticket-details at the bottom.

I wanted to remove the ticketpriority out of this list, so I changed the template "email_staffreply", scrolled down to the ticket details and removed the line about "arpriority", as shown below.

At first, it seemed to work. The ticket-priority was no longer shown in the ticket-details at the bottom of the email-message. But now it's back again, the ticket priority is shown again.
I wonder how this is possible. I've already checked the template, but that's still the same as shown above.

Could somebody please explain to me what's happening and how I can fix this?

Assuming you have made the changes correctly, try clearing your software cache. Check if that fixes the issue.
