Help with ticket link problem

I am new to kayako.

I would like a link send with each reply to the ticket. I still want the user to have to login if the remember me box was not checked.

Please explain exactly which template and where to apply the changes.

hi mike.In the latest version if you post a reply to a ticket then the user will automatically get the link in his email i.e autoresponder but you cannot be able to logon automatically i.e you should enter user id password .After you enter you can automatically go to that ticket

You can set 'checked' in the template but I don't know which one.
