I know Cerberus has a solution where you can somehow allow resellers you are hosting utilize your cerberus installation as a private label solution. Is there any way to do this with Kayako?

dont believe so you can get "Additional Domain" licenses for $49.95 but all Licenses must be used on a Domains Registered to you... No Reselling... For resold licenses you will have to wait until Kayako comes out with their reseller program which will be available at resellers.kayako.net in the near future...

Now you can do template groups which may work for you....
