| Hiding Ticket Reports for Some Staff Members? -

Hello,
Does anybody know how to hide Reports from some staff members?
The problem is that I don't want to some staff members to see how well others perform. This is private information. For example, I don't want them to see how many tickets I processed. Currently, there's no way to exclude it.
Also, for some reason even if a staff member is assigned to only a few departments, he can see them all when generating reports or replying to tickets (in the list menu). This is also not very "private".
Please, could anybody help me with these? |
