Ho to set the default language

Hello!
How to set the imported language as default?
I have an error. As I set the language to imported in main page of client erea, this page becomes correctly translated by imported language. But if I click to any link, the language returns to default (English (U.S.))

The language id in cookies is correct ( imported ), but I see the default language...

Admin CP -> Templates -> Manage Groups -> Settings to the right of the default group -> Set "Default Language" -> Save.

It isn't a button, its a drop down menu. Please follow the path listed above and then it is listed a few options down the page.
