Hosted Plan --> Support & Upgrades have expired??!! - 02-11-2006, 09:15 AM

I subscribed your hosted plan just 3 months ago. You never mentioned that there is an expiry date on support and upgrade!!

Now I found the search function in the hosted system is NOT functioning. If your company has no interested to support hosted clients please clarify, so we will plan our withdrawal.

Possible reason for such an issue can be that your credit card has not been billed by WorldPay for the month. Contact their Sales department and they should fill you in with a confirmation.

There is no Support expiry for hosted accounts. This problem is faced by only those clients who upgraded from V2 to V3 or are still using V2. Clients who are facing such problems can mail to sales AT kayako.com .
