Hosted Server Issues this morning - 24-09-2007, 02:10 PM

We are having problems getting into the help desk this morning. Is there something going on?

Opening a support ticket with Kayako will likely produce better results....unless this prevents you from reaching thier helpdesk as well?

I would do that but I would have to direct you to my problems with entering a help desk ticket.

Sure enough, I'm having the same issues submitting a ticket. I have no choice than to wait and hope that someone sees my post.

I have pinged Raghav to this thread as Jamie is away still and this is kinda urgent. Do you just get a server not found error or similar?

Thank you so much for your assistance Craig. We were getting a "server not found" page and then finally "page cannot be displayed".

Thankfully it's being addressed now. I'm blind without the help desk.

I have contacted the data center for this and they are looking into it. It shall be resolved soon.

The server had some issues which are fixed and the helpdesk is working fine now.
