Hosted Site DB import into Owned Site - Page 2

Oh my - ok big version difference if this is the mysql info on kayako's hosted servers:

version 4.1.10a

I'd say. What you need to do is to edit the file and remove all instances of the "DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1" before trying to restore. A good text editor should work fine...just find that exact phrase, and replace with nothing.
Make sure you have a backup copy in case things go pear shaped.

Does anyone know if the DB import created by Kayako includes the template groups or not?

I don't want to overwrite my current template groups and settings when importing a Kayako DB

Yes it does contain a back up of all your templates and template groups.
