Angry Hosted Site Down - 19-08-2007, 02:17 PM

Is anyone else having an issue with their hosted site being down? Ours has been down for 2 days and I have heard nothing from anyone. Right now I get a page not found but sometimes we get a Plesk page.

Hmm, yes, it does appear to be down for me also so not just a problem with your connection.

As Jamie said above, he has updated your ticket so check that.

Well, It's Monday now and the maintenance should have been done but the site is still down. This is the 4th day now.

We really need an update on when the hosted support site issues will be resolved. Saying "shortly" is not really an answer. Shortly to me means hours not days. Please provide us with an update on the system status.

We suffered a fair amount of data loss on Server 9, and all accounts were moved to a different server yesterday. Although it surprises me it has not completed yet, the DNS changes may not have propagated to your ISP.
