Hi, server6.kayako.net is the one that has been causing us all the issues, Earlier this month it was a DDoS attack followed up with a stale email loop and now constant downtime due to a "supposedly faulty NIC card". We have had 99.99% uptime on all of our other boxes and would like to personally apologize for the problems caused due to this. We are willing to refund the entire charge of this month (Just email sales AT kayako.com). As for hosting it yourself, You can search the forum for hosting companies, there are quite a couple that provide free installation of our products if you host with them.
