| Hosted Version - Getting past spam filters -

This type of question has been posted before but I can not find a clear solution. Does anyone have clear instructions of how to get email sent from the hosted version delivered to their customers Inbox. Currently the hosted version is useless until we can get this fixed. We have the following departments: sales@website1.com sales@website2.com sales@website3.com We can use SMTP but since you can only use (1) SMTP Address per account I think we will still have a problem since the 1 domain will not be the same as each departments name. Any ideas from other Hosted Version customers? We are seeing a 20% or more undelivery rate. This is not good when responding to sales questions. We love the product but not if emails don't get sent. Thanks for your help so we can keep this solution. |
