How.. - 07-06-2006, 03:12 AM

How do I make it so when someone emails like support@xxxx.com it doesn't email it, it just gets submitted into the ticket system?

I've seen this done.. how do I do it?

I think he's talking about piping.

chris8lunch, do a search for piping. It's been discussed many times. It's also in the manual, if I'm not mistaken.
