How to add allowed Attachment types? - 14-06-2008, 03:08 AM

i enabled under Settings->Tickets->Attachment, that Attachment types are restricted. Then i thought i could enter the allowed attachments under Tickets -> Attachment Types but there is no link or something, where i could enter the allowed file extentions.

Where do i have to enter it?

Thanks in advance

There is, it is just hidden. See the tick box? There is an "Insert" link just above.

Should I be putting on a Dick Dastardly hat and tying the status combobox to a set of train tracks? "Ha, User Doright, you'll never save her now!"

Man, making bullwinkle jokes makes me feel old. I don't think I'll be doing that again any time soon.

Heh, this witty banter is what keeps these forums interesting. That and your excitingly detailed replies to things, John *winks*
