How to add ticket content when assigning to new owner - 23-05-2006, 03:20 AM

When I assign a ticket to an owner, they don't get the content of the ticket, only a "ticket assigned" and a URL. I'd like to have the ticket content (from the user) sent in this assignment so the assigned owner can just reply by e-mail. How do I add this to the ticket assigned message?

I haven't had time to test it, but it should be the email_ticketassign template I would think, try to add the $language[ticketdetails] tag there.
