how do I add users, not staff.

I'm looking almost everywhere for 20 - 30 mins now... what am I missing ?

Hi pamphile,

I think you are missing the Users tab in the staff control panel. You can use this area to manage users and groups. If you do not see it, you may have not given your staff group (in which your staff account is in) permissions to see the Users tab.

My screen was too small. I was viewing that page within the LiveSupport app.
