How to assign new tickets to individual staff members - 30-08-2006, 10:52 AM

Hello,

I want to assign new incoming tickets manually to individual staff members. That means that new (unassigned) tickets are _only_ visible to me. After assigning a ticket to someone only this person (and me) should be able to see the ticket.

Is there a clue on how to handle that?

An option would be to direct all tickets into a single department and the manually assign the ticket to a specific department to which your staff is assigned to. Although an option, this can sometime be cubersome.
