In SupportSuite/eSupport choose Mail Parser and setup a mail parser then are you using cPanel if so you need to create a forwarder to forward mail sent to support too |/home/user/public_html/support/cli/index.php

If you use another control panel you will have to check forums as I know plesk is harder as wont let you forward to anything other then a email address.

When i go to EMail Parser, i should go to Catch All Rule?

If so, in regular expression i should put /soporte@wiredhosting.com.ar/i

Is that okey?

Thanks!

you should not have to set up a catch all for your parser.
that will result in a ton of spam and fake tickets too.

take a look at this. it may help you a little with 5 areas you need to look at.

if not, drop me a line and i will try to help you more.
