| New Member Posts: 2 Join Date: Mar 2006 | Hi Can I restrict the ticket submission to only registered users? over specific department? For example, I want to Dept SALES receive tickets from everybody... but, SUPPORT receive only tickets from registered customers... Where and how can I set this? Thank you!
