Question How can I restrict ticket submission to certain users - 17-03-2006, 09:14 PM

Hi

Can I restrict the ticket submission to only registered users? over specific department?

For example, I want to Dept SALES receive tickets from everybody...
but, SUPPORT receive only tickets from registered customers...

Where and how can I set this?
