How can I send ticket content in alerts

I see that New ticket alert has the ticket content in it.
How to do this with the Ticket assigned alert?

Tried the following modification to the

Quote:

Templates » alert_ticketassign

Code:

<BR>
<{$alertdata[contentshtml]}>
<BR>

This snippet was copied from the Templates » alert_newticket
It is not working.
Any clues?

Yes, I did empty the cache and tried some test text in the template and it all worked.
I wonder, if <{$alertdata[contentshtml]}> is the right variable!
