Setting up of email parser is for the email handlers and has nothing to do with the database. All you need to do is set up POP3 accounts in your software and make sure your PHP is compiled with IMAP support. You can confirm this by running the phpinfo file on your server. Download manual from http://manual.kayako.net/manual.pdf. You need to open php.ini file and uncomment (Remove ";") ";extension=php_imap.dll" this line. Then go to AdminCP > Mail Parser and create new Email queue. You need to give all POP3 login details there. Go to AdminCP > Settings > CPU Optimization & Server Settings and enter all the SMTP Settings details. Scheduling part you refer to manual, they have described in detail. If you follow all the above steps then the email parser should work correctly. |

Hi, If you don't have control of your server and are on a shared account with your web host you would need to request the recompile PHP with IMAP support. UK cPanel/WHM hosting accounts http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk |
