Hi, I have created a new user group by name DBA and associated this with DBA department. Whenever I submit a ticket to this department, an autoresponder mail goes. I need to change the FROM address in this autoresponder message. It is taking the wrong email address. I don't know from where it is taking the FROM address. The From Email address is totally different for this DBA group. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in Advance, Regards, SURESH KUMAR M R |
