How to delete tickets from the viewticket screen?

I want to be able to review tickets and use the Next Ticket link to go through the tickets. Every so often there is a ticket that needs to be deleted and it would be great if there was a delete ticket icon that when cliced would delete the ticket and move to the next ticket.

Is there currently a way to delete tickets from the ticketview screen?

Left side of screen --> Options --> Delete

That is great, thanks for pointing it out. What I was really looking for was a way to hit delete and move on to the next thread. Going back to the ticket listing page is very cumbersome.

I would be great to have a button (or icon) near the previous/next post that would delete the ticket and move to the previous/next post. Any idea if that can be done?

Not sure on that - When you view the ticket listing you can do that mouse over which shows the ticket details and i believe a short peice of the last reply.

That may help to do a mass delete from the ticket list window. Usually i know which one from the ticket listing details to delete. And normally I do not delete a ticket - i'll close them so if a mistake was made its able to be brought back to life.
