How to disable comments - 30-03-2008, 05:29 PM

I was in my Kayako area and noticed I had hundreds upon hundreds of comments, I never saw this area before. But looking at some of them they are all spam and some even has HTML code and stuff. How do I do a mass delete of all these and disable it on the frontend so comments don't show up. I believe after seeing the amount, this would reduce the size of my database dramatically.

Thanks Craig,

I was able to disable the comments submission form using the above link. I still however need a nice quick way to delete the 500 plus pending comments awaiting approval. Unfortunately, there isn't a "select all" feature to do a mass delete of all of them. I suppose I would need to do a SQL query to delete them. It seems the Comments are located in my KB, Downloads and News sections.
