How do I add my company name to the front page of Kayako - 18-05-2006, 10:22 AM

I have kayako set up at moleend.helpserve.com but there is no indication on the page that this is for my company - I think this will be very confusing.

At some point I will want to redesign the page so that it looks like my website but for now I just want to add my company name to the page somewhere. Is there a way to do this?

Regards,

Jan Strassen

log in to your admin control panel
go to Settings > Templates > General >Header

you can change everything from the blue bars, up.

the footer is everything from the botom gray navbar down

Hi Derrick,
The product graphic is referenced as <{$product}>.gif, The code is mix of Smarty (Our Template Engine) Tags and HTML.
