how do i add a phrase to the index.php page?

On the index.php page under the words "support center", i want to add a phrase centered on the page to explain how my help desk works to my clients, i added a phrase in the admin cp but i have no idea on how to get that phrase to appear centered under the words "Support Center"

any help is appreciated
