There is no way to do it via the control panel but try the following :- 1. Find the upload ID. Do this by hovering over the attachment. For example, in index.php?_m=tickets&_a=ticketactions&ticketid=276 5&action=attachment&attachmentid=567 the ID is 567. 2. Using phpMyAdmin, go into swattachments. 3. Find the ID (567 in this case). 4. Note down what it has for storefilename. 5. Delete the row. 6. Look up the storefilename value inside the /files/ directory and delete.
