I found a KB article ont it, but it actually doesnt answer teh question properly. https://support.kayako.com/index.php...99&nav=0,25,44 I want to allow registered email addresses to be able to open tickets through email, but i do not want to allow unregistered email accounts to be able to do it. This has nothing to to do with replies. This has to do with initially opening a ticket. Make sense? |

You can enable the setting "Registration Required" for the email queue under: Admin CP > Mail Parser > Manage Email Queues > email@domain.com > Queue Settings > Registration Required > Yes Professional and Affordable Kayako Skins - Specialists in Kayako Skinning & Customization - Professional Paid Support Our Skins and Services - http://www.supportskins.com/store/ SupportSkins.com - http://www.supportskins.com/ |
