I might be missing something *really* easy, but how in the world do I find out what version of eSupport I am currently running (it's monthly leased and running on my server)? I know it's v2 something, but I cannot see the version anywhere in the admin area nor in the config file. I am planning our upgrade to eSupport v3 and need to make sure we are on at least v2.3.5 to do the upgrade. Anyone know where I can find the info? Thanks! Tony |

In my version (3.xx) if you look at the log in screen, it's at the top, to the left of today's date. |

bear - Thanks, but that's not the case in v2... it doesn't seem to be anywhere easy to find. Anyone else know? |
