How Do I Get Notification of a New Ticket sent to my Email - 20-10-2006, 11:38 PM

I am trying to figure out how I can receive notification of a new ticket submission directly to my email box. Any help is appreciated!

You need to set up an "Alert".

In your Staff CP > Tickets > Alerts > New Alert Rule



The system will alow you to receive different types of alerts.

An email will be sent to the email address that is related to your login.
(Click on Home > Preferences > Settings)
