How do I let users view other users tickets? - 04-09-2008, 05:12 PM

I have a senario where a customer has 4 employees who log calls with us as end users. I have put them all in the same group with individual user accounts. How can each call logger view other calls assinged to that Department / group?

They have their own department that they log calls to.

Hi M-James,

You need to make each user a 'Manager' - a Manager user can see all tickets created by people in her same user group. Do this under Staff CP -> Manage Users -> [Select User] -> Is Manager.
