I downloaded that but it still only monitors the ticket support pages.. I want it to monitor my WHOLE website.

you will have to put the WinApp button html code on every single page.

Thanks but when I add that code to the header or footer of my pages, it makes a gap.. How do I get rid of it?

Remember to replace http://support.kayako.net with the URL to your SupportSuite installation.
