i have a site of domain.com and i install the supportsuit.
i want to put the chat icon on the sub-site of sub.domain.com, and i hope i can monitor who is online and they can chat with me via the chat icon.
i try to link the sub.domain.com and create a chat,how can i let the staff know am i from sub.domain.com instead of domain.com ?
i hope you can help me,i try many days and tired.
