how do I respond to tickets (dumb question but, really..) - 08-09-2006, 09:31 PM

Hi

I just setup with kayako support suite last week and my laptop of course died within 12 hours so I have lost the "welcome to" emails

And since then I have been trying to get to grips with the system but am not doing too well.

My question is a simple one, and one I am trying to get an answer to with the support staff but its taking time

Basically, I do not know where to login to answer my support tickets.

I can log into my helpserve admin panel fine, but I cannot login to either the members area (dont know the access details, and I havent been told them since I started a dialogue re this with kayako), and I am a tad confused.

I know this probably sounds like an idiot question, but as I say Kayako are taking their time to provide me with my info and I have no idea how the system works and where I should be logging into to access my tickets.

So, which page should I be logging into to access my tickets?

P.S. The forgotten password doesnt seem to be working for any of the emails I have, and my helpserve page appears fine (tickets do send I just cant access them to respond)

thanks

chris

Hi, you need to go into the Staff CP, login, then find the tab for Tickets.
You can View the tickets there, and answer/deal with accordingly.
