We have a main server that esupport has been running on, however, due to security reasons we needed to move it to it's own server which is setup as a subdomain of our main server. We are unable to get the email capabilities working correctly. Is there a trick to this? Main Server www.domain.com (unique ip) - support@domain.com (old esupport home) Server Two help.domain.com (unique ip) - support@domain.com (new esupport home) We have tried to forward support@domain.com >> support@help.domain.com but it doesn't work. It seems as if the email is unrecognized on the new server. I thought I remembered reading somewhere on here we had to run the db on the main server and make the server 2 write to the main server db, but I couldn't locate that post. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Desperate!!! |

Nevermind, my genius host Alpha Omega Hosting, fixed it all up for me. If we could get their support for this support software, we would have a match made in heaven!! No offense to anyone, just wish support here was better. "Thanks Danny!" |
