How do I view all Pending Validation Users and Send Validation messages again?

1) How do I view only USERS that are pending validation? I'd like to see a filter or sort routine so I can find all that are not yet validated.

2) Let's say I have an e-mail server issue and e-mails are not going out such as validation messages. How can I, at a later date, do a mass send for users that are not validated to validate their accounts? vBulletin has this feature to send activation notices, we desperately need this here for the reasons above.

P.S. This forum site is VERY slow. I also see times where I'll see a reply to my thread but the e-mail notification may come 5-10 minutes later. Not sure if you have a server load issue or what. FYI
